OCEAN

Crashing up on lifes' shore
Unspeakable agony

In wave after wave,
This ocean that is me

It comes and it goes
In rythms unknown

Only I see and feel it
Only I..... I alone

Others' claim to know...
And to really understand

But they can't know... they can't!
They are only the sand...

Only those who have melted
Dissolved in griefs' wake

Know the boundlessness of
Absolute heartbreak.....

Only death ends all hope
In the present dimension

We'll not meet again
Until the ascension

I'm too earthbound and finite
To comprehend Eternity

I only know...I know I want
with all my heart to see
