You may wonder why I am publishing this?
If only one homeowner sees this tragic outcome of irresponsibility
with potentially hazardous materials...
or one passerby of such material at the side of the road takes note
and if they might be motivated to ensure the safety of other motorists
by doing something to prevent such a terrible tragedy as this -
then something good will have come of my doing this
and for me, even one life would make that all worthwhile
It could be yours.... or worse....your CHILDS' ~ !
It is my prayerful plea..........
